Just bought a Hankook XV85 Leisure battery to power my Bison electric outboard. Not used yet but delivery by DHL and service from Battery Megastore brilliant. I would recommend to anyone. Ordered Good Friday delivered today within 1 hour time slot.

Over the last two years I have ordered five batteries for myself and other family members. The service has been excellent and the prices were the cheapest by far. My most recent battery had been damaged in transit; after a quick phone call and sending pictures of the damaged battery, a replacement arrived the next day (thanks Jess).I have recommended Battery Megastore to all my friends and work colleagues.

This week a main dealership said the battery needed replacing. Remembering that it was still under warranty, I contacted Battery Megastore to report their findings and seek advice. A request was made for report on the battery and once that was presented, a replacement was arranged. Great service when the battery was originally ordered. Now great, friendly, speedy support when a replacement was required under warrantee. Thank you.

Placed an order on the morning of 1 February 2021 after being told that orders are taking a couple of days. I sent an email on Thursday requesting an update... nothing. On Friday the order is still showing as ‘Processing in CCP’ even though item has been shown in stock all week.
